I’ve always thought “no penis no opinion”. It will be my husbands choice if we do or not.
how about leaving it up to the owner of the penis... he may decide to have it done when he's older and it's less traumatic (about 2 in 1000 pick this for themselves) or he might realize one day that you deliberately emasculated him, imagine what that will do for your relationship

This is a valid choice. Nowhere did I say this wasn’t the choice that was made or would be made. I’m lucky we agreed. Maybe if we hadn’t my opinion would be different but I wanted to hear his input first since he is the one with the penis.
