Is circumcision a religion issue, AIDS program prevention issue, law issue, ethnicity issue or society issue? What is the main reason behind circumcision?

But atleast for aslong as the child is below 10 years, the parents have the right for their children. This is why is the parents who decide on the health benefits the children are to get among others. I disagree it is not a form of child abuse and neither is it molestation.

USA w Israel only country where this is "normal" has highest rates of VD,ED,AIDS, infant mortality etc.
