molestation and mutilation of an infant has a "reason" only insofar as other forms of child abuse have one

But atleast for aslong as the child is below 10 years, the parents have the right for their children. This is why is the parents who decide on the health benefits the children are to get among others. I disagree it is not a form of child abuse and neither is it molestation.
