Of the penis, 65-85% of the fine sensory (epicritic) receptors are cut off (85% w/all frenulum). Leaves 15% at corona, which is just 5% of the glans total receptors. 95% is crude pain/thermal (protopathic) receptors. BTW yet to factor some have way more nerves that others.
