      presumably the baby who appears at the beginning of the movie is the same boy Dr Winslow operates on & that he is at least 1 month old. "During the procedure, some babies cry because their legs are restrained." https://www.drwinslow44.com/

      The opening is a dramatization. The circumcision towards the end is not. Different kids.
