for Marx Ideology (i.e. discourse) is precisely the problem; Marxist movements have been built on the oxymoron of Marxist ideology; this is why Marx repeatedly said he was no Marxist.

Nop, ideology & discourse aren't the same, ideology may be 'a discourse' but not necessarily! Ideology is a system of ideas. Discourse is a set of boundaries. What you do here is turning Marx into a cultural Marxist. However, I agree with that Marx and Marxism are contradictory.
