The best thing I did all week? I turned off my @Twitter notifications. The amount of serenity in my life has improved markedly. I am no longer getting distracted and agitated, for good or ill, by the nonstop buzzing of notifications. Hope this tweet doesn’t jolt your phone!

Given the ratios on your tweet defending Abrams (again, why exactly do you not think he is guilty of supporting war crimes / human rights violations / terrorism in Guatemala, El Salvador, etc?) I am sure your cell would have been buzzing a loooot these past few days indeed
