Yes it is. I learned this in the '90's when I watched a documentary on AIDS corridors in Africa. The underside of the foreskin has unique cells with all the discretion & judgement of a Nordic teenage girl who decides to hitch-hike through the Middle East alone to prove it's safe.

True, but the facts are starkly illustrated through Africa. Transmission rates are vastly lower where the populations practice circumcision. Uncircumcised both contract and transmit diseases at far, far greater rates.

I’m sure that’s comforting to hear for all of the mutilated men in USA who actually have the highest HIV and STI transmission rates in the developed world. Also, the latest finding out of Uganda after 10 yrs of WHO sponsored circumcision? HIV transmission rates have increased!!

I guess the WHO and the UNAIDS organisations spread lies then. According to them, circumcision reduces the risk of heterosexually acquired AIDS in men by up to 60%. But what would they know?
