The medical community cannot ignore and belittle patients who were circumcised as infants who now speak out as adults that they are horrified this surgery was done to them without their informed consent. Attacking them now is an affront to patient autonomy and medical ethics.

I too chose not to circumcise my son, 40 years ago. My simple reason, I didn't want anyone to hurt him.
