The medical community cannot ignore and belittle patients who were circumcised as infants who now speak out as adults that they are horrified this surgery was done to them without their informed consent. Attacking them now is an affront to patient autonomy and medical ethics.

As is attacking the parents who consented. I am assuming it was informed consent. Unless peds docs are going around willy nilly just circumcising random baby boys?
it is almost never informed consent. no fully informed parent could consent to this abuse, unless they are predators themselves.
