No. The procedure can be justified if benefits outweigh the risks, even if “unnecessary.” There are risks associated with not circumcising too. And your video is an anecdote, not a real risk/benefit analysis.

Glad you found helpful. It’s relatively sparse literature medically b/c as noted above it’s just not done most post-industrial places and where it is done, it’s purely culture/religion. Only in last 60 yrs in US has medicalized and is understudied so your q’s are harder to answer
