Change my view... circumcision is rarely ever ACTUALLY needed in rare medical instances, otherwise its mostly ever done preemptively just for "looks". I haven't seen enough evidence to suggest most circumcisions needed to be done or couldn't have been avoided.

I know what study you're referring to. That's an estimate of medical need, not an overall number. The overall prevalence is still about 1.5-3%. While most men won't, occasionally some men do want circumcision for cosmetic reasons, even in Finland.

And in Norway, equally rare. It's almost like parents, doctors and nurses in intact countries know all about intact care, and how NOT to CAUSE iatrogenic injuries that result in CIRC! How often do adult men need circ in NORWAY? never!https://youtu.be/82uAAJZ2nXA

Scandinavian countries have health care oriented to public health; they also have a tradition of caring for children.
