      You rarely hear a doctor say anything. The fact that he's publicly questioning and leaving the tweet up is ok by me. He is possibly a victim of genital mutilation who never gave it a second thought before this.

      sure but in the world we live in he is a privileged professional the fact that he sees something wrong is commendable he is a urologist with some specific competence. striking how many mutilators are women OB GYN w. no specific competence whatsoever.

      My recurring nightmare has 3 women. This happens at least once a week for the past 50 years. I have morbid fear as an initial emotion when meeting females. I’m overwhelmed with anger around women in medical garb.
