YPG ask SAA to "do their duty" by protecting them--implication has to be that YPG is prepared to disband & accept Syrian sovereignty, unless they expect Syrian Army to fight a proxy war for them vs Turkey. grandiosity of Graeber & co. has nourished grandiosity of some Kurd gangs.
