      It's based on highly flawed studies riddled with bad science. Also, if you'd care to check the original studies their headline figure of 60% is the meaningless RELATIVE risk reduction. The ABSOLUTE risk reduction from those flawed studies was a statistically insignificant 1.3%.

      In the real world it's having the opposite effect. Men feel that they have 'protection' following their circ so don't need to worry about using condoms thereby opening themselves up to contracting and spreading the virus.

      The moment you post any work by B. Morris you lose all credibility. At the risk of being accused of an ad hominem, the guy is a complete circumcision fanatic whose work is roundly condemned by the medical community for his bad science and constant self-referencing.
