Some see it and do say something and then are ignored by authorities or bullied with suits, blackballed or lose their jobs. There are many who are given this position of power who are not there to help people only themselves at any cost and the system protects the evil .
no system ever cared about human beings. only we can help each other, by acting prudently but effectively.

Not caring doesn't mean strip the human rights of another. I don't care about every person but I don't kill , steal , rob , or rape people . I don't take unrighteously from others. our current system and its doctors is a humiliation on America who claims to be a world leader
