If they are willing to talk, I am willing to talk, but yes there are too many of us who are too hurt to actually put our beliefs out there without the screaming. And yes too many of us do feel that with or without the screaming our message falls completely on deaf ears.

I disagree.
@bdmarotta is right, if we give them a way out of this that doesn't absolutely destroy them, it would be easier to sway them. They are fortunetelling a disaster for their members if they agree with us, this has become self defence for them -
destruction of a grandiose self-image, of an organization that defines itself by legal self-protection rather than care for children, and of a mercenary livelihood would not be personal destruction but liberation. most US pre/med students i meet are motivated by money, not care.
