      No. It’s an ancient ritual only practiced by minority extremist groups. Most who do it use pipettes and there is no physical contact.

      Same as circuncision. The only difference is that if you stop using earrings, holes will close (as happened to my sister when she was +40 and provide they are small) and if you have you foreskin mutilated, It won't regrow.
