Wrong. a medical procedure requires there to be a medical indication. Non therapeutic cutting of the genitals of any child regardless of gender is unethical and abhorrent.

you mean the liberty to abuse children. you have no right to mutilate a baby boy just because he's "yours." that of course is the motivation for inflicting this extreme hazing trauma--to make him "yours" in a collective sense.
