Correct, but if he overwhelmingly outed by facts he will disappear via the CIA. No way does the Deep state/CIA want him in a courtroom in Russia because they will expose not only their plan to destroy Russia, but it will expose many in Congress.
Browder is always warning the Russians may try to kill him. maybe he doesn't realize he's giving CIA perfect cover & motive to get rid of him? maybe narcissistic Browder thinks he's indispensable. CIA could have killed Magnitsky (good motive if they thought he would cooperate)
