1/ We have to work with what the statements say. 2/ The argument abt Iraqi forces doesn't stand. Cldn't be intentional or else the US will definitely lose Iraq, if it is by mistake, you can be sure Syria's allies will rush to show Iraq the evidence and the US will still lose Iraq

you said it couldn't have been intentional--but USA allowed this to happen if they did not directly perpetrate it.
