US govt is currently engaged in many forms of unconstitutional activity that has not been struck down in the courts: war powers (since WWII), many different post-9/11 legislations

Look at it like this — a criminal statute would be created if this ever passed. If a person were to be arrested, tried, and convicted pursuant to this law, then he/she would have a defense that would immediately challenge the law’s validity

I can’t speak to the law of other countries, but in the US the Supreme Court has already ruled on the subject of boycotts — and declared them to be a form of constitutionally protected speech
