      Only two things changed since the de escalation agreement: 1/SAA liberated potential to tackle south, it was never question not to attack ISIS/Nusra, even under de escalation 2/ Israel is not listening to Russia and is attacking Syria. Syria doesn't move without Ru coordination

      It's a quote, and it is not explained. Elijah says Syria is liberating Deraa with the help of Moscow, and I quote: 'After all, the Syrian Army has decided to liberate Daraa in coordination with Moscow.' So your quote doesn't mean anything without the context.

      i have nothing to do with this guy... as far as YPG are concerned, they had their chance to recognize Syrian sovereignty and chose instead to hand Afrin to the Turks.

          they would not allow the Syrian Army to take control of the city, instead preferred to hand it to Turkey--serving NATO (US & Turkey) policy of carving up north Syria
