    We've received many enquiries as to what constitutes a hate crime. There's really no set standard, it's just whatever we feel like it is.

    There is no specific offence of ‘hate crime’ but many offences can become one

    I remember, as a young and beautiful American woman, wandering around London every weekend doing the tourist thing. Choosing tube stops at random and seeing the sights. I’d see a Bobby like the one in the old photo, and I would KNOW I was safe. Best time of my life.
