Outdoor transmission is relatively low regardless of other variables. A small fraction of indoor. But, cold, low humidity, higher pop prevalence shift those odds slightly. I personally wouldn't be worried about much spaced 2 meters or more away with a light breeze, mask or not.
I felt 100% comfortable outdoors before it got cold. Since science can’t really explain the seasonality of viral respiratory infections and temps below 50s are corresponding with covid surges, I’m a lot less comf outdoors now.
