    This is BIG, because the study systematically investigates for the first time whether the use of AMP therapeutics could select for resistance to human host-defense , incl defensins - and shows that cross-resistance is preventable by rationally choosing Mode-of-Action.

    Our OrthoFinder 2 paper is now out! A big thanks for all the support and encouragement we've had from everyone. Our goal was to extend OrthoFinder to provide a complete, automatic gene tree based ortholog analysis that only required gene sequences as input.
