"Y-Yoongi, I -" "You're right," Yoongi scoffed. "Our little business arrangement is done. I hope I was satisfactory to your needs. Maybe you could recommend me to some of your friends, just tell them all about how I had you whimpering and whining beneath me, and -" /SLAP/

Yoongi stared at him for a long moment, no hint of emotion on his beautiful face. Taemin nudged him with his elbow, said something to him, then Yoongi's gaze shifted back to the dismantled tent, ignoring Jimin as though he hadn't been caught staring just a moment ago.

"Min?" Tae asked, his brows furrowing in concern. "What is it?" "Nothing," Jimin answered, turning away and busying himself with packing his things. He couldn't stand to be there any longer than necessary.

Couldn't handle being in the same vicinity as Yoongi, not being able to touch him the way he wanted to. He felt the fatigue in his sunken undereyes, the dark circles serving as evidence to his lack of sleep the night before.

He couldn't help but glance at Yoongi again, wondering if he'd had trouble sleeping as well, if he regretted anything they'd said the night before. But Yoongi's eyes were clear and bright, crinkling in the corners as he laughed at something Taemin said.

Jimin felt his heart twist in his chest, running a hand carelessly through his blonde hair as he looked away. Tae was giving him a strange look, but thankfully, he said nothing as Jimin quickly packed the remainder of his belongings.

He didn't look at Yoongi again as he raced to the car, practically throwing his things in the trunk before diving into the passenger seat, covering his hands with his face as he took a long, deep breath.

"Hey!" Jimin jumped at the loud knock on the window. Uncovering his eyes, he quickly wound down the window, smiling a little at Taemin's confused expression. "Are you alright, Min?" "Yeah," he lied, rubbing his temples with his fingertips. "I just have a headache."

Taemin raised his eyebrows, glancing at Tae as he slid into the driver's seat. "If you're sure," he said, hesitantly. "I'm fine," Jimin insisted. "I just need to get home and maybe have a bit more sleep."

"/More/ sleep?" Taemin asked, drumming his fingers on the edge of the window thoughtfully. "You and I both know something happened last night, Minnie. Listen, if this is about Yoon -" "It's not," Jimin replied, a little-too-quickly. "I'm /fine/," he stressed, shaking his head.

"Uh huh, okay," Taemin scoffed a little, pursing his lips in disappointment. "Well," Tae chuckled nervously. "Are you ready to go?" "Please," Jimin nodded, painfully aware of Yoongi sitting on a bench in front of the car, staring at him.

He watched at Taehyung put the key into the ignition and turned it, wincing at the loud screeching sound as the car complained, then fell silent once more. "What the fuck was that?" Jimin practically screamed, his hands covering his ears.

"I'm not sure," Tae replied, turning the key again, only to hear the same noise. "/Fuck!/" he shouted, slamming his fists down on the steering wheel. "I'm sure it's nothing too bad," Taemin said with a small smile. "Pop the hood, I'll take a look for you."

"Ugh, I just wanna go home," Jimin complained as Tae pulled the lever to open the hood, before sliding out of the car. Jimin sat there for a few minutes, his eyes closed as he drowned out the low murmuring of voices at the front of the car.

After a short while longer he let out another groan, all but shoving the car door open as he climbed out, walking around to the front. "What's going on?" "I'm not sure," Taemin murmured, fiddling with a few wires as he leaned over the hood of the car. "This may take a while."

"I might go and get us some drinks then," Jimin said, shuffling around on his feet nervously. "Great," Tae said, not really looking at him as he watched Taemin work on the car. "Take Yoongi with you." "I - what?" Jimin blanked. "No. Why?"

“Coz I’m hungry,” Tae deadpanned. “You’re gonna need help carrying it. Can you just do it, /please/?” Jimin nibbled on his nail as he let out a small, choked sound, glancing behind him to see Yoongi on his phone. “Fine,” he huffed. “But you’re paying.”

"Thanks Minnie," Tae beamed, pulling out his wallet and handing it to Jimin. Tucking it into his jeans pocket, he half-stomped over to Yoongi without bothering to reply, tapping his foot against the concrete when the elder didn't immediately acknowledge his presence.

"What?" Yoongi finally asked, looking up at him as he took out one of his ear pods. Jimin could clearly hear the music through it, some kind of heavy bass that made Jimin a little surprised that Yoongi hadn't gone deaf already.

"We have to go to the shop," Jimin explained, watching as Yoongi shrugged a little as he stood up, tucking his phone into his pocket. "What for?" he asked, tugging his cap down over his dark hair.

Jimin looked him up and down, worrying his bottom lip with his teeth. Yoongi was dressed in a pair of black, ripped jeans and a band shirt, his tattoos peeking out of his sleeves, wrapping intricately around his arms and down to his long, slender fingers.

Yoongi cleared his throat, & Jimin's eyes shot up to his face, flushing when he saw the little smirk on his lips. "We need drinks," Jimin explained hurriedly. "And snacks." "Snacks," Yoongi deadpanned, raising his eyebrow. "Shut up," Jimin grumbled. "Don't look at me like that."

"Like what?" Yoongi grinned, his wide smile making Jimin momentarily forget how to breathe. "I'm not looking at you in any kind of special way." "Whatever," Jimin huffed. "Let's just go."

The walk to the shop was barely more than two minutes, but it was easily the most awkward two minutes of Jimin's life.

Side-by-side, they silently walked down the still-quiet street, Yoongi with his ear phones back on as he blatantly ignored the yonger male, walking at a careful distance, to avoid any unecessary touches.

Jimin fidgeted with the hem of his t-shirt. He hated awkward conversations, but somehow, Yoongi ignoring him made him feel even worse.

When they arrived at the store, Yoongi pulled out his headphones, shoving his hands into his pockets as he watched Jimin grab a small cart. “Are we /really/ going to need that?” He asked, doubtfully.

Jimin snorted, not looking at Yoongi as he pushed his sunglasses up on his head. “Clearly, you’ve never bought Taehyung snacks.”

“Guess not,” Yoongi mumbled, staring wide-eyed as Jimin threw ten bags of crisps into the cart. Pushing the trolley into the next aisle, Jimin added sodas and a few energy drinks, as well as a small bunch of bananas.

“You /are/ aware this is just for a quick snack, right?” Yoongi asked, staring as the cart as Jimin attempted to balance a tray of donuts on the top.

“What’s your point?” Jimin asked, giving up on the donuts and tucking them under his arm before pushing the trolley to a different aisle.
