🌟 For our next #AAPIHeritageMonth employee food spotlight, check out Connor Hagimori's tsukemono! Tsukemono are Japanese pickled vegetables that are typically served with rice as an okazu - or "side dish" - and they can be prepared in a variety of styles!

"For my dish, I chose to make three types of tsukemono (Japanese pickles) found all over Japan. Tsukemono are served with virtually every Japanese meal. I chose to make napa cabbage tsukemono, cucumber tsukemono, and takuan. Takuan in particular was always a presence in my kitchen growing up. Connor Hagimori, Video Capture Specialist."
