Using your position size as stoploss makes you miss out on potential bigger profit.

Double your position size but set stoploss at 50% ... puts you in the same risk but reward is 2x.

In general ... its the trade that dictates your position not the other way around.

BTW ... stoploss doesnt only mean taking a loss. Its often also used to protect you "unrealized" profit.

This is not a call just example. My R/R is 4x so its worth to take the trade. I can adjust my entry size accordingly. If i get stopped out i know my TA was wrong yet risk is at minimum.pic.twitter.com/Wko6uiSYOf

Allocated position sizing is the committed risk. You accept the loss of funds and allocate proportionately. That’s how I invest with no SL
-
sure, but then i guess you only take the trade if target is x% > allocated position.

What about the risk of having everything on a centralized exchange?
-
most degen traders have funds scatter all over the exchanges

-
if you're not on at least 8 exchanges then you're not degen enough

What if you use a stop loss and it dumps right to your stop loss and quickly recovers?

Marked you as spam cause this is the most ridiculous sh*t I’ve read and you’re spamming everyone’s walls. They’re completely transparent. Do you even read their github? I mean how much freaking time do you have on your hands to make a dedicated twitter to this
