So it turns out it was just another crypto, shrug and move on. Maybe easy for me to say since I was never a believer.

There is much to say about it but i dont think its done. We need the tech. Takes time to mature.
-
I just had a very long discussion about this on whatsapp, the tech is one thing, making the "contracts" legally enforceable 1/2
-
is far beyond the horizon and not even visible at this point.

The DAO is not a legal entity, it doesn't have personhood like a corporation, it can't own property either physical or 1/2
-
or intellectual, it can't be sued for damages because it doesn't exist legally. It can't enter into a legally enforceable,
-
contract because only legally recognized entities can enter into contracts so there's nothing keeping me from submitting a
-
proposal and dashing with the cash, because the DAO has no standing to come after me.
