sql is a language, and is based on a relational model. Blockchain is basically a distributed DB. What are you asking 1/

is a service on top of the chain. In term of efficiency it can't be as good as sql, but the end result is the same. 2/

Solved, blockexplorer already lets you write to MySql/Oracle. All i have to do is create my own views.
