Two months ago I re-submitted my channel for review to be monetized by @YouTube this was after having been de-monetized by the 1,000 sub rule. Now, two months later, still no word back despite @TeamYouTube saying applications should be reviewed in one month.

What upsets me is that before the 1,000 sub rule, my channel was perfectly fine and monentized. But now, after getting over 1,200 subs and exceeding the watch time by almost 6x the amount, they won't monetize me. And I would like answers

Now that the backlog is cleared, we’ll be reviewing applications much more quickly. You can expect to hear back soon. Note: All applications are still manually reviewed, so it does take a bit of time.

Actually, let me just include the a screen capture so everyone can see you're giving me a scripted answer. Is this a joke? Do you not take smaller YouTubers seriously? Because that's what your'e saying by doing this to people like me. How is that right or fair or helpful? I tell you a problem, and you give a three month old scripted answer that contradicts my problem.
