  if you dont want to go too far from home, columbia missouri is a very nice college town with 2-3 stable ISPs that have fiber everywhere. Very affordable, lots of cool small businesses, coffee shops, etc.

  In Warsaw, Indiana, I'm stuck with Comcast, whom I hate supporting, but I've never had a single issue with internet. Before buying a house, I had a great apartment for $475/month before utilities. Nice town with really nice people.
