      Mimolette, Mozzarella, Parmeggiano Reggiano, Chevre, Feta, Tallegio(?), Manchego, Halloumi, Cheddar(?), Gouda, Jarlsberg, cheese curd, Dansk Bleu, Brie, could be literally anything, Oaxaca, Babybel, Processed Emmentaler/Swiss, American Processed Cheese Food Product.

      I thought what you tentatively put as Tallegio was gruyere, or a similar alpine cheese. Good list but manchego should be higher!

      I really struggled with that one. Semisoft white with a partially discoloured rind? Could be a number of things!

          The browning near the rind and the way the piece was cut lead me to believe it was gruyere
