Unpopular opinion. But I just don't get why there need to be exceptions for foreign players playing in GSL so they can play in two regions at a time. Koreans only get to play in one region too. It's not like there's EPT Korea as well as GSL. There's _only_ GSL for those players.
Apollo tweeted yesterday that there were unannounced plans in the works that will hopefully make their decision make more sense. I suspect they've got plans to integrate GSL into DreamHack or something?
