Look for stabdard cinematography equipment not branded as "streamer/gamer" ready and you should be fine. Everything under "clamp" and "magic arm".

so on paper you just need a light (white) that is shining at your face so on paper you can do it for 2€+ some ducktape ^^ but there are some good ones for 10-20 range I think you just dont have to search for gaming or streaming gear
