Internet update: Poor signal on my line is caused by ingress. Because of that, my levels are off - my current T3 reading is 14. My modem has reset itself multiple times due to this, and is likely running very hot due to overwork. Renting an office for a few weeks. TBD

Damn it dude. Run a pingtest, run twitch inspector, snapshot the results, and call your ISP in anger. At least they removed my bill this month. And breathe deep. You know better than most than some things are out of our control. <3
