Unsure about specifics of your situation is Creighton but I had a lot of issues with Comcast until I bought a new modem. Everything was great after that.

Thanks, Mark. I think that is my last real option before I look into renting an office space for my streaming. I will do some more investigation right away.

If you’re using the DSL check out how many bonded channels and DOCSIS version of your modem. You should go for 3.1 and max out channels up and down.
