      Man, this is frustrating: ended the stream early today due to huge latency and a full 2-minute complete internet cut to my entire network. I've got the ping tests to prove it. @CoxComm is ruining my reputation and losing my business money every evening with their subpar service.

      Hey David - I'm already in your DM's. I've been working with your team for 2 weeks on this issue already. I think a field tech is on it, but every day that goes by is a huge loss for me. I can send you pingtest results and bitrate graphs if that would help with your RCA.
