Man, this is frustrating: ended the stream early today due to huge latency and a full 2-minute complete internet cut to my entire network. I've got the ping tests to prove it. @CoxComm is ruining my reputation and losing my business money every evening with their subpar service.

For 2 months cox has been terrible with me as well. Inconsistent ping (eg 200 to central) during all times of the day. Took 3 people coming out to start resolving issue which is they need to split the node I'm on due to high network traffic. Keep calling til they fix it

Thanks, Silky. They gave me the number of an actual network engineer who seems to give a shit about the issue. I'm gonna harass him as much as is politely possible to make sure I am ready to cast premiere events again.

Sounds good. I would recommend asking about upgrading your node since the issue sounds ping related.

Looked to be packet loss related - 2% loss during the stream, with one full outage. But I've got the pingtest results that I was running saved so I can send it to them!
