That's because you pay for speeds up to X doesn't mean you're going to get it 90% of the time because they over lease the circuits and with everybody being home peak hours are extended by quite a lot where before it was really only from 7pm - 9 pm

In Finland it's like 10 euros a month for everything if your lucky. Including 4k netflix + streaming etc.

I pay 80 bucks a month and have 40 down and 6 up consistently but I am supposed to have 100 down and 20 up. Also with so many people working from home it’s putting an extra strain on everything
