This has just been the most frustrating day. So sorry to everyone who tuned in to the stream this afternoon. ISP issues continue to plague me, and I'll never be a premier content creator while that's the case. Will turn my attitude around for next week and hit things hard again.

Streaming is more about reliability so idk if you’re paying for a 100 up or whatever but a consistent 10-15 up line is better than a 1000up inconsistent line for streaming.
Is a 30/10 package inherently more stable than a 100/35? Those are the only two non-commercial options available from my monopolistic provider.

It's not about speed it's about best effort vs 99.5% uptime. If a consumer plan doesn't deliver what you pay they owe you nothing cause it's best effort, if a business plan fails to deliver the speed you pay for 99.5% of the time you don't have to pay them.

Bandwidth does not inherently translate to stability. You could have a rock solid 30/10 or a super crappy 100/35 or vice versa. What matters is the underlying technology (xDSL, fiber etc.). As I suggested: Get both and a device that tests each and uses the best one. Or both. :)

35 up? That wouldn't be a Cogeco cable package, or some kind of cable. Vdsl is far, far more stable a technology even if the speeds aren't as good.
