Might be an idea to get a second Internet line (from another vendor... if possible) and do some fancy tinkering to improve quality of your line. Alternately, there are products out there that cater specifically to your problem(s).
This has just been the most frustrating day. So sorry to everyone who tuned in to the stream this afternoon. ISP issues continue to plague me, and I'll never be a premier content creator while that's the case. Will turn my attitude around for next week and hit things hard again.

Have you considered a business line? They cost more for the same speed but you get a carrier grade signal and the SLA is generally 99.95% speed you pay for. Consumer SLAs are usually "best effort".

Once I'm making enough money on Twitch to pay my rent and stuff, that's something I could consider. I'll call my ISP to ask about options. Thank you.
