I recently just bought the Elgato Key Light. It works very well. I have a desk light to balance out the opposite side of my face, so I am decently illuminated.

Check out the godox ledp260c. You need to get a mount as well but it offers insane veratility for under 100 usd. When you buy elgato, you buy into the whole thing, that's why the price tag is nuts. This will do exactly the same thing. I own 2 and only need on of their remotes.

It can be warm or white light, and goes nice and dim as well as super bright. The channel control function is sick as well, worth looking at imo.
