If you're not already doing it, individual portions sealed so you're not opening and closing every meal. Also, never used it on greens but with other things that brown, a bit of citrus juice sprinkled on it goes a long way.

Thank you! My little mealprep plasticware has sealed bits, so I figured I'd do all the salad at the same time, then just seal i up. I think I'll just have to wait to tear my lettuce each night. I suppose I can live with that. :)

It's super tough cooked greens brown slower, but for raw greens I usually prep the dressing but don't do greens till the night before
