How long is the waiting time before you change something from waiting to no response? Something I had been thinking about, as it seems like no response is too common.

It probably makes that journey when it's sitting in the waiting spot and then he notices posting is gone or it has been filled

Just a Google Sheet! I assigned each job status a number, and then used a =countif function to track. I still have to manually change the number and colour-code. Once I secure a job, I'll publish the whole sheet.
