In a low transmission scenario. We are in an evolving situation. ATAGI advises subjective clinical guidance and factors in the need to adjust risk in +/++ transmission. It also doesn't factor in the REF # for Delta in < 60yr Olds. Be cautious advising risk-benefit with variables.

@DifficultNerd, restrictions are currently successful in tipping the risk profile such that vaccination risk is comparable to disease risk - but only while strict lockdowns are being used. Once it is out - different story.
