  I love the fact that you think we should adopt a drug that would be essentially useless to us given that we have dozens of other treatments that are viable, also it won't be effective as a long term solution such as a vaccine because it's effects will only last a week most

  If they don’t suppress ivermectin, they lose the ability to have emergency use authorisation for the vaccines. EUA stipulates that there are NO OTHER ALTERNATIVES. Ivermectin is an alternative they can’t afford to accept.
