After I read the Bill into Parliament, it’s up to the Morrison Govt to decide IF & WHEN they bring the Bill on for debate & vote This is a test for the Morrison Government, if they DON’T bring the Bill on for a vote, we will know that they planning to introduce VACCINE PASSPORTS
