  I heard a while back that the CDC was laying down different guidelines for what constitutes a positive detection in "breakthrough" cases vs those who hadn't been vaccinated as well. [This may have changed]

  Of course you can get infected post vaccine -just like the flu jab- the thing is, your chances of hospitalisation & death are greatly reduced.
